Service Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If we fail to deliver the manual directory submissions we promised, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

1. Our Guarantee

At SubmitWell, we're committed to delivering high-quality manual directory submissions. We guarantee:

  • All submissions will be completed manually by our team (100% manual, no bots)
  • Delivery within 6-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends/holidays)
  • Professional submission to all directories in your package
  • Detailed report with directory names, directory URLs, submission URLs, and screenshots

If we fail to meet these standards, you're entitled to a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

⚠️ Important: Once we've completed your submissions and provided the delivery report with proof, refunds are generally not available unless we failed to meet our service standards. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
  • We failed to deliver within the promised timeframe (6-7 business days)
  • We failed to submit to the promised number of directories
  • We didn't provide proper documentation (report with submission URLs and screenshots)
  • We used bots or automated tools instead of manual submissions

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@submitwell.com with:

  • Your order number or PayPal transaction ID
  • Brief reason for the refund request (optional)
  • Your email address used for the purchase

We process all refund requests within 2-3 business days. No lengthy forms or hassle required.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request:

  1. Review (1 business day): We'll review your request and confirm eligibility
  2. Approval (immediate): We'll send you a confirmation email
  3. Processing (2-3 business days): Refund is processed through PayPal
  4. Completion (5-10 business days): Funds appear in your account

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Refund Method

All refunds are processed through the original payment method (PayPal). The funds will be returned to the same PayPal account or payment source used for the purchase.

6. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • Any pending submissions will be cancelled
  • You will no longer have access to submission reports
  • Live directory listings may remain (directories control removal)
  • We appreciate feedback on how we can improve

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase date
  • Services completed with delivery report provided - If we've delivered all promised submissions with proper documentation (directory names, URLs, screenshots)
  • Directory approval/acceptance issues - Directories haven't approved your listing, declined submission, or are taking longer to review (see Section 9 below)
  • Results-based dissatisfaction - No DR increase, no traffic increase, no ranking improvements, or other outcome-based expectations
  • Service eligibility - Your business type is not suitable for our directory network (local services, personal portfolios, etc.)
  • Customer provided false or misleading information during onboarding
  • Customer content violated our Terms of Service or directory guidelines
  • Customer used the service for illegal or unethical purposes
  • Buyer's remorse after receiving completed work that met our quality standards

We evaluate each request individually, but these situations generally do not qualify for refunds.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • Work was partially completed before the refund request
  • Some submissions were successful but others were not
  • You're satisfied with some aspects but not others

We'll discuss partial refund options with you on a case-by-case basis.

9. Directory Acceptance & Approval Policy

📋 What Your Submission Report Includes:

  • Directory Name - Name of the website where we submitted
  • Directory URL - Homepage of the directory website
  • Submission URL - Direct link to where your product was submitted/listed
  • Screenshots - Visual proof of submission (when available)

Note: The submission URL shows WHERE we submitted your product. Whether the directory approves and publishes it depends entirely on their review process and timeline, which we cannot control.

📅 Directory Approval Timelines:

Directory approval times vary significantly:

  • Some directories: Instant approval
  • Most directories: 1-4 weeks
  • Some directories: 1-3 months or longer
  • A few directories: May not respond

We provide proof of submission, not proof of approval, as approval timing is entirely controlled by each directory.

Important clarification: While we manually submit your startup to all directories in your package, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every directory, as each has its own editorial review process.

  • Quality of our submission work
  • Completion of all promised submissions
  • Delivery timeframe (6-7 business days)
  • Professional presentation of your startup
  • Proper documentation (directory names, URLs, screenshots)

❌ Our refund policy does NOT guarantee:

  • 100% acceptance rate by directories
  • Specific approval timelines
  • Live/published listing status
  • Specific SEO results or rankings
  • Traffic increases
  • Domain Rating improvements

⚠️ Refunds are NOT available because a directory hasn't approved your listing yet, is taking longer to review, or declined your submission, as we control the submission work, not the approval outcome.

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first:

  • We will provide evidence of service delivery to PayPal
  • Your account may be suspended from future purchases
  • We prefer to resolve issues directly for a faster resolution
